http://www.bb.go.th is yet another INFOMA powered web site for web content management. The web site used to host complex information. Using INFOMA: WebForm as a web content management, the officers can now easily update information as well as control the interface of the web site. Training course for using INFOMA: WebForm to update Budget Bureau web site was held in March 2006.. |

| EGAT Corporation further implement INFOMA Document Management System countrywide |

Since INFOMA: WebFlow was lauched and used in daily document routine for officers in EGAT head office, EGAT recently further implement document sending and recieving procedure via INFOMA: WebFlow countrywide. Four INFOMA servers in four regions used technique called INFOMA: Cluster, virtually run INFOMA: WebFlow as one integrate system. This major milestone began in October 2005 and EGAT is successfully implementing INFOMA: WebFlow in their daily life. |

After highly succeeding in implementing electronic document (INFOMA: WebFlow) for document sending and recieving and following up work processes, TOT Corporation supports government policies in reducing natural resources utilization by further implementing electronic document (INFOMA: WebForm) and electronic circular (INFOMA: DocCir) system in distributing corporate's information. TOT held a conference for reviewing current implementation to standardize the document system as a whole on June 27, 2005, having more than 200 participants. |

Department of Intellectual Properties, Ministry of Commerce held a special lecture on "Authorizing government document and electronic document management system" for government officers and staffs to sharpen understanding on government document writing and managing document system with electronic document management system. The department invited Excel Link consultant for special lecture in implementing electronic document management to manage and support electronic workflow and document filing
on June 30th, 2005. |

on March 20 - 23, 2004 at Queen Sirikit's National Convention Center. INFOMA Booth had presented document management system and samples of organization using INFOMA in managing their documents. The incident attracted many people.
